Check in went well, room was ready early for us. Was a great experience for us and the 3 kids age range 11-15.
Adult beverages are pricey, but it's a Resort so be prepared. Average cost $12.50-$12.75
Park at your own risk however and this is the reason for the low review. I parked in a clearly marked legal parking spot in front of the Camelback building. My car got covered in hard water stains from the overnight watering of the property.
We took our vehicle at our own cost the next morning to the carwash to remove the hard water stains. They all didn't come out. I presented my problem with the front desk and she got a manager. He informed us that if THEY had valeted the car and that happened then of course he would take care of it. That just made me more angry. Then he proceeds to tell us just spray your car with a solution of vinegar and water and that will take out the water marks.
The manager had no intentions of making any type of remedy to this issue. In this day and age of social media and reviews such as this, he could have changed a frustrating experience into a positive one.
We have the ability to travel the world, we CHOSE to do a "staycation" here in the valley. To keep our business local, and to be dismissed with what was an annoyance to him.
Long story short, park at your own risk!
