  • I don't usually give a 5 star rating unless the service and/or product went above and beyond expectation. The guys at Ferguson did just that. I had a broken irrigation pipe and needed to replace the valve system. I removed the valve and drove to Home Depot to look for replacements. Lucky I found someone to help me right away. I'm not an experienced plummer so I had many questions for him, but he just seemed annoyed. He didn't have a replacement part nor did he offer any suggestions. So I found Ferguson which specializes in all pluming supplies. I walked in as they were closing but was greeted right away. Even though they were basically closed for the day they still patiently answered all for my questions and offered me solutions. End result, I got exactly what I needed to finish the job and I will defiantly come back again. Home Depot, Lowes, ect are all fine but if you're looking for real honest and professional help or just general pluming questions do yourself a favor and go to Ferguson Plumbing Supply.
