  • I live close by and thought this would be convenient for me and my family, but the quality is poor, at least for men's wool slacks. My guess is that whoever cleans and creases slacks has not been trained, and whoever supervises them does not check their work. There is one cordial staff person at Quail Hollow and one gruff one. Generally when customers walk into an empty retail lobby they would expect some type of greeting. If they are still the only customer when they leave they might expect a goodbye or thank you. I would not recommend this business.
