  • I will begin by saying John (sales person) at the Glendale store was outstanding.....He was informative and had the patience to show me the items that he thought I would be interested in...The delivery service was also great.... The CustomerCare Service dept ( Maureen & Supervisor Rosalina) are not forthcoming , condescending and rude.....Be careful with Ashley furniture they will ask you to keep an item and then they will send a technician out to fix the issue with the furniture.....Maureen ( CustomerCare Service) would not come straight out and tell me if the technician can't fix the problem with the item in question you own that furniture and you cannot return it because it would have been in your house for more than 72 hours.. I asked Maureen at least 4 times & she kept on talking in circles....I finally got it out of her that a customer after 72 hours cannot and Ashley will not take the item back.. Keep inmind as they are trying to talk you into letting them send out a technician it will take Ashley more than 72 hours to get one out to your house... When I asked Maureen why she would not come out with the 72 hour policy she stated " they should have told you in the store".....She is a snake along with her Supervisor Rosalina.... Very nasty people!!!!!....I assume they are all trained (Customercare) to get the customers to agree to a technician....Don't fall for it !!! Ask Ashley Furniture to replace that questionable piece or refuse it, tell them you want a refund. .....Be careful !!!!!! You will notice CustomerCare will respond to this review and other negative reviews but never address the customers complaint.....Example they reponded to my review by saying that their technicians have a 98% percent customer satisfaction rate...If that were true than they would happily refund your money if you were not satisfied with the Repair of the piece of furniture in question... Notice in the response they called it an exchange policy no where was the word Refund stated...It appears Ashley would force you to pick out something else or loose out on your Money.. ....Again we all know it would take at least a week to get the technician out to your house by that time you own that piece of furniture ( No Exchange or Refund ).
