rev:text	This review got 4 stars instead of 3 due to the efforts of Shawn Hogan. Understaffed-yes. A full one hour to get my car-yes. Shawn Hogan giving me a gift card for half off my next wash and apologizing for the slow service-yes Making lemonade out of lemons-yes. Days can go sideways, how one reacts on a customer service level can define the outcome. I left happy. Thank you for taking ownership of a off day.
