  • Great apartment complex. Very reasonably priced. It's very close to ASU. It's my understanding that they're under new management as of recently. The new managers are very professional and seem to get problems fixed in. Reasonable amount of time. I would recommend it to my friends. It's quaint. I'm living in a 2 bedroom unit. It's not huge, but it's exactly what my roommate and I were looking for in an apartment. Definitely check this one out!
