  • This store is unbelievable. I placed a Christmas Eve order days in advance online and paid. They called at my pick up time and told me they were sold out. The night manager must have missed my order. Sorry. Really on Christmas? This is the second time that this location has provided terrible service. Panera has really gone down hill.
