  • Worst experience ever. Manager John was just awful, told me I was wrong the menu was wrong too. Tried to charge me more for garden burger substitute instead of meat. Clearly states in menu no charge. According to John red robins menu and I are wrong. How rude. Then to top it off after telling John the manager and our waitress to cook well done order. It was wrong. Hopefully red robin addresses this to him or there will be a lot more unhappy customers.
