  • Ordered and paid for a tres leches cake a week before. The day of the birthday, I called and they didn't have my cake ready, they didn't even make it. The person I was speaking to couldn't even find my order. He said, he will make another in 5 minutes which is disappointing because that means it wasn't a fresh cake. My wife picked up the cake and after tasting it, sure enough it was compact and not like any tres leches I've had. A disappointing experience. I've had better tres leches from a Mexican grocery store. Lastly they could have at least been sincere about an apology. On to the next.
