  • The Management that is running this place has got to be the most inconsiderate group I have ever encountered. The GM Bob doesn't care about the customers at all. Stood at the front counter for 12 minutes and never had anyone greet me or tell me to hold on meanwhile the line was going to the door so someone should of came to the counter to wait on all the customers. Bob gave me a time frame of 20 minutes for my lane I told him no problem. I went to the bar with my group of 12 and waited ordered food, beer and sodas spent $75 on that garbage. 1 hour went by went and asked Bob what the deal was and that was when he lost his cool and started to flip out in front of customers. I asked for my refund for 12 people which was $144 and took my business to uptown alley. This alley is the worst alley ever. I asked Bob for his bosses name and number his name is Jason Hall and he could care even less than Bob he has yet to return my call I've called him on 3 occasions asking for a call back with absolutely no luck. Way to treat your customers AMF I will be spreading the word about this dump.
