| - Ok, so we found a car online at Johnny Legends. So we trekked across town to see the car in person. There it was in the showroom. So we were welcomed by a new salesperson. Well he seemed new considering he didn't want us to test drive the car unless he ran our credit first. We were like what? He new nothing about the car, yes I mean he didn't even no how to start it. Well, Jerry got the car out and we test drove it. And I'm going to say Jerry was great through everything. We loved the car, and we were like let's run our credit and see where we are at. So we had some credit issues. They said they could not give us a answer that night. So we waited the following day, after the sales person said that he would give us a call. No call from the salesperson. We called to see what was going on. We were told, nope no answer yet, they would give us call when they heard something. Can you guess, nope no call. We called again a few hours later. So I called and they said come on down. But, a few minutes later my girl got a call saying nope don't come down. So now it's going to the second day. We called again and they said we would need more money down, We said ok. But when it comes down to it, they said they would work with us, but never did. It took us calling over 2-3 Days to get a final down payment and what we would need to get this car. However, after the 3rd day we had enough. It seems like they only want to work with people that have perfect credit and lots of money down. However, we went to another dealership, almost got the same car with more. The service that we received made me not think of Johnny Legends not once. Except to tell the other dealership, what a horrible experience we received. If Johnny Legends could have, I mean should have been upfront after the 1st day, we would have bought the car. But they kept us strung along, until we finally looked somewhere else, where we had no problems, drive off the lot the same day.
