  • Once again Air Canada dropped the ball. This company never ceases to disappoint. Our flight from Chicago was cancelled 1 hour before it was supposed to leave for no reason. This was a connecting flight. All the passengers were put on later flights that day. We had all discussed that we felt they never planned to actually have that flight to begin with in the first place. This can make parents travelling half way around the world a bit weary to get home to see their young children. Again, very disappointed with AC.
