| - If I could give 0 stars, I would. But unfortunately that's not an option on Yelp.
Anyways, I was getting my nails done at a nail salon prior to coming to U2 Nails. When I was getting my nails done at the other salon, their power had shut off, in fact all the stores/businesses within a one mile radius had shut off - so it definitely was not within that nail shop's control. The nail technician from that other shop however did manage to finish painting my nails. Although I did want to have crystals/rhinestones added to my nails, I decided to get my nails finished up at another salon seeing as I was already upset their lights had turned off (even though it wasn't their fault, you can imagine how annoying that is - because no lights in a nail salon is obviously going to affect the quality of their work)...So I ended up taking a trip to U2 Nails.
Upon my arrival at U2 Nails, all the nail techs were busy. The older Asian woman nail tech that works there had asked me, "how can I help you?", I replied "I would like to get some rhinestones on two of my nails" and she then said "We don't have time for that". Can you believe that? Mind you, it wasn't even near their closing time but whatever. A "you'll have to wait about ____" would have sufficed. Or if in fact they didn't have time, they could have simply said, "we would love to fit you in but we are too busy today, would you like to schedule an appointment tomorrow?", instead of "we don't have time for that". You don't just say "we don't have time for that", it's very rude and unprofessional. When the nail tech had told me that, I left the salon immediately. I hope this business learns very soon a thing or two about customer service. Learn how to talk to your customers/potential customers.
