  • Review from Aug 2012: No advance warning that the "spa" was closed. We were diverted to the 8th floor to a stripped down hotel room. No lockers, no sauna, no hot tub. Crappy view. And for our inconvenience, a mere 20% discount. I can't comment on the massage because we walked out.
