Middle of the road. Reasonably competent, OK prices, clean waiting room, etc. But it doesn't seem like they go out of their way good their customers. And, I've got a gripe.
We brought our prius in for some minor repairs and maintenance the other day and asked them to check out the audio-in port since the iPod sound had been crackling. We told them repeatedly that we just bought a new cord to fix the problem but they have insisted that the cord itself must be the problem even though they haven't tried to check it out with a different cord. The guy I spoke with said they would have had to open up a new cord because they didn't have one around.
It seems nuts that when you are taking your car to them to diagnose and fix the problems (and will be paying them $100s) they can't get a $15 cord to check for problems with the sound equipment they installed.
