  • I have left a previous good review on here and I still mean what I say about Amber being a wonderful lash artist (now a master lash artist ) I really love all the artist there , however it's the girls at the front in charge of booking that upset me recently . And the one I specifically talked to was rude from the beginning. I can tell she doesn't like her job . I have been to them for 2 consecutive years and I have always been on time and show up . Always . And they can look up my chart to confirm . But today , I had to reschedule because I had to stay at work , and now they say I have to pay 50% of the service for same day reschedule. In the past I have rescheduled on the same day and never had an issue , but now It is ????? I understand if you had to charge me if I forget the appt.. (Which I have done twice on accident, out of these whole 2 years , which I am Sorry I did ) I understand charging me in those cases and never raised an issue about that , but for same day reschedule? Things come up , but at least I gave them a call 4 hours in advance. (And I tried calling earlier before they opened but they don't have an answering machine) Plenty of time to book someone else if they call . They are a busy place , I'm sure It wouldn't be difficult . Anyways , if this place isn't going to be understanding, then I will have to go somewhere else where they don't charge for same day reschedule. Or at least have a set minimum of hours of when we can reschedule. Life happens . Things more important than lashes can come up . (Like work for example !)I will miss the lash artists but this is so upsetting to be treating a long term client like this . They either need to make that policy clear with people and stay consistent with It or don't do It at all . This kind of confusion and unclarity will definitely make them loose clients .
