  • Best German meat market in the US Thought Chicago meat markets couldn't be beat, but GSC is the best. All the meats and sausages are made on site. This is the only place I've found in the USA that has the veal dumplings, that are only found in Bavaria. Looking for top notch sausages and lunch meats. This is the place to GO!!
