  • I saw Lorraine today for the first time and she was FANTASTIC!! I checked in without any trouble and waited for my appointment time in their relaxation room. I was taken back on time and Lorraine took the time to talk to me about what I was looking for instead of trying to piece it together as we went. Just those few extra minutes of communication made a world of difference during my session. Like many other reviews, the hard sell from the front office staff is quite discouraging. I'm not sure why the pressure after you've had such a great experience. I would think they want you to leave feeling relaxed and not irritated. That being said, I will go back because of Lorraine and continue with a polite "No, thank you" until the front office staff gets the message.
