  • I was yelping around and was a bit hesitant coming to this place because there's only 16 reviews..but I figured it's worth a try since there's multiple locations. I called and asked for same day appointment and they were able to accommodate me. I told them I dyed my hair at another salon but the color didn't come out as I wanted it to be and I was really disappointed. The receptionist was very friendly and told me they will be able to adjust my hair -- just have the pictures ready. I came there at 1 for my appointment and they immediately take me in. Sometimes at other places when you make appts they still make you wait! They gave me a nice little robe to wear and sat me down. The ambiance was really nice. I love how clean the place looked -- also very spacious! Maxine was my stylist and she asked me what I wanted. I expressed to her my problem how I've previously went to another salon and they were not able to achieve the look I wanted. I also asked her for her ideas and she was able to describe to me what would work, etc. She was very nice and I liked her a lot. She definitely took her time to do my hair and did not rush through like my previous stylist did. Then we waited for the color to come in. She took me to the washing station and i would say that was probably the worse part of the experience because the chair wasn't too comfortable. She pulled out my foil and saw that the colors weren't ready just yet so she had me waiting for a while longer for the color to sit in. I rather have that than to have the stylist wash my hair anyways since I was already seated and ready to be washed. She blow dried my hair and the results was amazing. I love it! Checked out and to my amazement it was even cheaper than the previous salon I went to! And the difference between the two hair stylists was huge! Next time I'm coming straight to this place! I definitely recommend Toni & Guy and I'd say go ask for Maxine! She was amazing!
