  • Terrible theater staff! Talking during event. Repetitive, Boring show over too soon. Flopping around on the water...Only could take so much. 2 stars for the talented cast but limited wow factor. The Cirque O Soleil productions are far better events. I purchased the most expensive, "best seats in the house." My experience was shattered with chatty theater staff, constant loud whispering guests, and loud, distracting staff setup running around the theater during the show. You could literally hear the sound tech counting down display changes. Unhappy and left the theater with great disappointment. We will never go to this theater again. With VIP seating there was a bright screen to display behind the scenes. The screen was distracting and far too bright. The staff may cover it for you with a towel if you request. VIP seating was a waste. Sitting closer to stage would have possibly given us a different experience.
