  • For my first visit, I was not impressed. I did not experience very friendly or helpful staff. It was not that busy, and there was no one around to help me figure out how to use the machine. After my car came through the wash, I drove over to the vacuum area. It was then I noticed that the back of the car wasn't clean. I had to walk back over to the office, which isn't easy to get to, to talk to the manager. The manager walked out to my car with me, and cleaned off the dirt the machine missed. The vacuums are very strong, but they only have vacuums. They do not have the blower hoses that you can blow out the small areas inside. I think in the heat of the summer the vacuum area would not be shaded enough to be comfortable. There are other car washes in Scottsdale I prefer. I would not return here. The gas station is completely separate from the car wash.
