Buyer beware!!! I bought a BRAND NEW vehicle from this dealership on Jan 30, 2018. After only 10 days and 400 miles I had to have it towed back to the dealership for repair. After a couple of days I went to pick it up because I was told that
it was repaired (defective axl) but as soon as I drove off the lot it was clear that it was NOT repaired properly and no one had test drove it to make sure the repairs were done properly. I immediately took it back for another repair. This time I was told it was the shift differential. A few days later I picked it up again and within a short time I noticed it was making strange sounds. At this point I was less than confident with the service department at Falls Motor City because they obviously didn't fix the vehicle properly the first two trys so I called Chrysler and per their instruction I took it to a different dealership for repair. Then again a fourth time for another repair. The fifth service repair I tried to get it back to Falls but was told they wouldn't take it in for over 10 days and that they would not give me a loaner at all. The vehicle STILL has problems.Throughout the whole ordeal I was in contact not only with my sales person Kevin Davis but also the sales manager Cole and the ONLY suggestion I was given was to bring it in as a used, depreciated value trade and buy a new car from them. I was flabbergasted that they weren't willing to offer me a more fair resolution. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone as they obviously only care about the initial sale and once that is done they don't care about the customer. I bought a brand new piece of crap and rather than even try to work something out to get me a car without defect they pretty much just wiped their hands of the whole situation. Never even received 1 call from anyone at the dealership. 60 days later I still have a brand new defective car that is not repaired when I feel I should have a brand new vehicle void of any issues. They could have and should have worked with myself & Chrysler to get me the replacement I deserved rather than ignoring the situation completely.
