rev:text	I wish I could leave this place 0 stars. Worst location in this chain. Took my son in here today and noticed the lady was pushing hard with the clippers on his head but he sat still and didn't complain. Eventually, she pushed so hard on his head that he said ow and started crying. She immediately went on the defensive and said she didn't hurt him. He was crying pretty hard so I stopped the haircut and took him to sit in the waiting area for my husband. A couple of minutes later, the girl comes out and starts telling me she didn't hurt my son and he's having a bad day... wtf? He has never cried at a haircut before. I told her he said she hurt him (I could see how hard she was pressing on his head). I told her he said she hurt him and she again said she didn't. I asked her not to argue with me and she said she wasn't arguing with me. Seriously lady? I work in a very customer centric business and this was some of the worst customer service I have ever seen.
