I would have put zero stars but the site won't let me. I went there specifically to look at a certified S class sedan. My wife also wanted to look at the new SUV and picked the GLC. Long story short, After waiting about 30 minutes, I was passed between 4 different sales people! I was told they were busy each and every time. I was told to "stay away" from the certified S600 ( I guess my S550 will just have to do)
I was "offered" full list price on a new GLC against below wholesale on my wife's BMW trade. While she liked the car, the whole experience was a real turn off. On a day when they could have sold us 2 cars, I left there with the feeling that my business just wasn't needed. Their sales staff needs to go back to school. I was furious (to say the least)
I sent a note to the GM but he never followed through with me...just wanted to know who I was dealing with. I guess he is too busy also.
I made one phone call to the competition across town and I was given a discounted price of 4K from list on a GLC. I never left my house! Looks like I will be buying elsewhere.
I have owned 8 Mercedes Benz cars over the years...this is pathetic.
I can get better customer service at Toyota for sure!
