  • Fattie brisket. They about says it all, their beef rib is the size of a small child, and their Hefe sandwich is the best BBQ sandwich I think I've had anywhere. Certainly their spicy sauce is what makes it, but the quality and tenderness of the smoked meats make it so you hardly realize you're eating BBQ. Definitely worth the 1+ hour wait, although I don't think I could do it but more than once or maybe twice a month.
