Not so much "A-OK" as "just OK." I thought it was okay for a place I didn't have to pay for (in town for a conference).
I only stayed for two nights on the fifth floor, and the first morning, the water pressure was too low to create a continuous stream through the shower head. The water would switch from coming out one half to the other half, which was annoying.
The second morning, the water pressure was better but there was no hot water. Taking a shower was just barely tolerable given how cold the water was.
The conditioner they supplied was also hard to get out of the bottle, and there was some gum on the carpeting. Having the sink in the carpeted room, as opposed to in a separate tiled room, was strange. It was also really difficult to find enough unused power outlets.
But at least there was a fridge (which I didn't use) and coffee machine. The complimentary breakfast also looked decent, and the omelette man was the friendliest guy ever! He cooks up a mean omelette.
