  • Really bad customer service, the clerk was argumentative with me, saying if I didn't like the service I should just cancel service. I mentioned not having service on Christmas and he said you look as old as me, we grew up before the internet, you could probably find something outside to do. Very disrespectful and uncourteous. I should've canceled my service then.
