  • I give this place a 3 as nothing special about it as far as I'm concerned. They make it seem like the rooms are clean make sure once u check in you look the room over take your time. I think anyone that buys a time share is a dope as I'm buying people's time share weeks for $275 a week and I stayed on Labor Day!!! The customer service to me is total garbage I don't think it's hard to do your job that's my i opinion... Just be nice be pleasant and it should be easy. I think they should have a small store not crappy bedding machines a small little boutique store to buy waters and little snacks and a place to make real coffee get rid of the useless office space and add something useful... This is a place one notch above a regular hotel so don't be fooled by the lousy remodeled lobby that's useless!!! Best thing is shuttle service to and from strip...
