rev:text	This review is for the service experience. Two of these stars are for the wifi and coffee and separate work area so I can get work done while I have my service, which is the reason I continue to come here. I've been coming here since 2012 and used to go to a similar Toyota in Tampa before that and when I first came here the service was great. Of course they overcharge like all dealership service does, but at least I could be assured they used quality parts and did a fantastic job with excellent service. Now I can't really say that, so for bigger jobs I now go elsewhere and save the money and get better quality work. Once they even lied to me and told me they did an alignment check and that it was good, but when I asked to see the printout of the report they couldn't find it. I asked if they were sure it was really done and the service advisor got flustered and couldn't be sure. They did the check again and the alignment was bad after all, proving they never checked it. But at that point I was finished with the other service and on the way out the door so I didn't have time to get it done then, which was very inconvenient. If they make small mistakes like this, what other mistakes might they make on my car for more important issues? Another reason I come here is for the thorough multi point inspection and the detailed report I get where I can track things like tire tread, brake pad depth, etc but mostly they don't even bother to fill it out anymore and I'm not even sure how well they even check these things anymore.
