  • Can I get a zero star! Worst nightmare ever. Horrible customer service. Incorrect billing, promises to credit account - three weeks later no credit. Manager avoids calls, then once reached promises to investigate and callback - never a callback! She should be fired! Still no resolution weeks later!! Time to drive down and write the Corp Office. Based on all the reviews sounds like new management is required in this office!
