  • My first experience with the service department was fantastic. Eric Thompson the service advisor helped me troubleshoot the situation over the phone, then gave me a reservation to come in a couple of days later, they were ready and waiting for me. My 2007 Expedition had a tune-up and all 8 spark plugs replaced same afternoon, that same operation had taken all day at other shops. The truck was washed and ready for me to pick up at 6 p.m. same day.
