  • I paid $150.00 for a full detail on my truck. After a half ass wash I find what I can describe for lack of better words a scratch on my front fender that's over an inch long, 1/4 wide and down to bare metal. Long story short they fucked my truck up, didn't want to give me the money back for the rest of the service they didn't perform and I damn near ended up in jail because the supposed manager has a bigger fucking ego than sense for customer service. Gave me $100.00 back after police involvement and changing his story to the officer. So it cost me $50.00 for a shitty wash job with my truck still dirty and another $325.00 t o fix the paint that they completely fucked up. The supposed manager threatened to disprove me with the cameras until I told him to pull it up so they can pay for the repair and then the story changed to he doesn't have to do anything. Next time I am just going to beat his ass. I mean if police need to be involved then I might at well make it worth my time. BBB investigation incoming.
