| - Help me with this review. I could not be more dissatisfied with a service. I purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler. Inside was pretty dirty, went in for a good cleaning. The salesperson says your paint needs a waxing, how much I said. My guys are slow right now I'll make you a deal, $40. How much for a detail I asked. $120 he said. Looking at the engine compartment, the salesperson said "look I'll detail the complete interior, shampoo the carpet an upholstery, complete exterior and engine compartment plus buff an wax for $220" . What about the head liner, of course that's included he said! How long would it take I asked 2 to 2.5 hours he said, I'll put all 3 of my guys on it. Cool Beans, let's do it but Please no Armor all on the plastic or tires. A hour in a half later, your car is ready sir, thanks I said. Tossed a $20 tip to him an down the road I went. First thing I notice, most all my Windows are streaked then I notice the top side of my Armor all sun visor (yep they armor All everything). So I went back, too late in the day to redo it today the manager said, just bring it back and will take of it. This was a Sunday, Thursday I went back an most everyone was fired an replaced. What do you want me to do about it said the new manager, Really!, I want my $220 worth of Detail I paid for. 40 minutes later my car was done an setting out front. I went next door to have some maintenance done at Friendly Auto Center, the owner Steve an I were talking an I told him the story on the lack of Detail on my Detail job. We walked out side to get some info on the vehicle, I opened the back an notice there is cat hair on the back of the seat an on the carpet. Steve walked next door, came back an asked me if I could leave the car with him. Steve went to the corporate office of Francis an sons in phx, Steve called me an explained how the were going to redo the job A 3rd time for Free. OK, a good car wash is what $30, after 3 details you would think my 2006 Jeep Wrangler would look showroom right. Oh he'll no, right of the dashboard is still dirty, where the hood of the car sets on the body missed under the folding back seat I found a old cigarette but, car hair an leafs not to mention dirty carpet.
