  • After reading the review and thread created by Bold and also the comments made by the owner which have recently been removed, I made it my mission to visit this place and to provide an unbiased review. Firstly, I would like to say, Bold's review is more based on spite than the actual review of the product itself. Recommendation - avoid Bold C's review! When I arrived on a Thursday evening there was no line up so I had my ice cream in hand within a minute. I ordered a vanilla with salted caramel and also a plain taro ice cream. It was made before my very eyes from scratch and when the server poured in the liquid nitrogen it created a cool smoke effect. This attracted a crowed of people behind us. Just like advertised the liquid nitrogen does make the ice cream super silky smooth. The salted caramel flavor came with vanilla coated pretzels which were blended with the ice cream and of course caramel was drizzled all over. For taste and quality of product I would give 4/5 stars. Service was quick and efficient but I wish the menu was more easy to follow (4/5 stars) I think the size of the cup was 5 ounce which was $5 and if you bring back your old receipt you get a $1 off your next purchase. I could easily get a tub of ice cream at the grocery for $5 so for value I would give it a 3/5 stars. Overall 3.5 stars If the owner is reading this - keep up the good work and I would definitely recommend this place if anyone is looking for creamy, silky smooth ice cream. If Bold is reading this - please don't take any offense to this review as I am just providing an honest review.
