  • I'm glad I didn't read these reviews before we drove down to the store. We went in looking for a dining set. Jett took the time to show us all his options. But after I showed him a picture of what we were looking for, he didn't blow us off. Instead, he told us about a few furniture stores in the area that carry that manufacture line. Pretty cool. So we asked him about sectionals for a media room. He sold us on one that had all power seats, easy-to-clean leather-like fabric, and then explained the included 5 year warranty. We asked him about the deal they had at the time where you spend a certain amount and you get a TV for free. But instead of just letting us spend the money, he suggested that if we didn't really need the extra furniture, just go with the sectional. Last night, as promised, they called to let me know the time they were going to deliver the sectional (10:30-2:30 window). Today, they showed up at 11:30, set it all up, and explained how to take them apart. What I really liked about the experience is how Jett had a ton of information, from furniture manufactures to colors that promote warmth and coziness. He is definitely an expert.
