  • I like to do business with business owners with integrity, and thus will not rent from AZ Bounce 4 Kids. On October 21, 2016, an AZ Bounce 4 Kids wrapped truck and trailer hit our neighborhood's entry gate, breaking it. The driver drove off. When we reviewed surveillance footage and submitted photos and video to Dumitru on 10/27/16, Dumitru's response was "I am very sorry about what my guys did. That is not acceptable . I didn't know about what happened but I am taking full responsibility to repair or pay for the repairs." Unfortunately, they never took care of the damage, and after much prodding we finally received their insurance company's information. During the process they refused to submit information to their insurance company. Finally, months later, the response was that the damage was less than the deductible and so the insurance company would not be covering it. AZ Bounce 4 Kids refused to cover the cost of the damage made from their vehicle in a hit-and-run, and I will never use them!
