  • I've been to the chop house on 3 occasions. The first time I came with a group of friends to hear Nine Thirty Standard. The next two times, I brought my 8 year old son. The food was great on all occasions. The salad bar and soups are great. My only recommendation is to make sure the staff and management is comfortable with the restaurant.com certificates. Part of the reason I use this app is because of the easy mobile functionality of the coupons (no need to print the certificates). If you decide that the coupons HAVE to be printed, and if there are restrictions on dates and times of use (as mentioned in a previous review), those exceptions should be clearly stated on the restaurant.com website. Otherwise waitresses and patrons are caught off guard and I know that's not the intent. Those websites can be an awesome marketing tactic, so I'd definitely recommend continued use!! :) Otherwise, as I mentioned ... great food. Friendly service - very welcoming and kind to my son - a HUGE plus in my book!
