I used to get lashes all the time, took a break and was referred to Lash by a friend. The front desk was super friendly, helpful, even booking my first appointment was easy with no problems. The place was clean, the technician listened, helped me pick the best shape and overall provided a positive experience. When she was done I asked her to make a few adjustments, she did with no problem however I still wasn't fully satisfied with my right eye. I felt that she spent more time on one eye which made her rush the other. I didn't say anything at that time (wish I would have now) but paid for the lashes $79.99, tipped $20 but held off on the membership only because I wanted to see how long they'd last. With my last experience I got a fill every two and half to the weeks.. Fast forward not even a week.. my right eye looks nothing like my left (left still looks great) so I call explain my experience. They are super understanding, accommodating and the technician fixes my right eye.. Here's my problem, I'm not even a week in and have now spent another $45.00 to fix their mistake ($10 was tip) because I didn't call soon enough. The girl at the front said in order for them to negotiate or offer a discount I needed to call sooner 2-5 days which was a huge disappointment.
