  • I want to rate this establishment with a zero. I had the worst experience. 1st I stood in their long line to be turned away and told me to come back later because their assistant manager had the keys to unlock the bikes I wanted to potentially purchase. I came back an hour later to stand in that long line again. When I was finally assisted checking out the bikes, the assistant manager called his clerk in just abandoning me outside not even finishing my potential purchase. That was rude for the manager to just leave me hanging outside to help me to try to buy an item. That's the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I guess maybe that's how a pawn shop operates. Oh well no lost on my part. I'll just go else where to give my $$$ business.
