  • I received a letter in the mail and a phone call from eastside kia stating they wanted to buy my car for their used car lot so I was going to trade in my 2013 kia forte for a new 2015 sportage and the sales manager made me a great offer and then when i went in to sign the papers the dealership went back on their offer. I will never buy from this dealership again worst experience of my life.
