  • Ok so my husband and I have been loyal customers of subaru for years and auto nation formally power subaru are our "go to guys" for everything. I went there for my oil change got that done and tire rotation. At checkout they said I had a nail in my tire that was not repairable. Took it to discount and was told my tire could be fixed at no charge while subaru tried charging me 200$ for replacement! I felt betrayed and feel they arent being honest!!! I cannot believe it!! I'm am so sad I can no longer trust autonation and will be taking both of my subarus elsewhere!! WHAT IS GOING ON MANAGEMENT?! I have had so many problems with you guys for the past year!! What happened?! This is not the first incident BTW.... Our gap insurance papers were also "misplaced!"
