Consumer Alert: I had a very disappointing experience at Right Honda. Some car dealerships have generated a very negative image of car buying. I do not like tricks and games. I have noticed there are others who felt let down too and there are some that were disappointed with the ingegrity of Right Honda. I did not visit Scottsdale to receive a snotty and rude attitude from dealership staff. Mario was one of the sales people that was very rude to me today. I expected to receive polite, friendly and courteous service. I should not be treated poorly and experience rudness. I addressed an issue with a sales manager. It seemed that my concerns were not taken seriously. Instead, I heard a lot of push back and aguing. I heard about how Mario has been around for 30 years and has sold 15 cars a month. Apparently, this gives merit and validates his ability to have a rude attitude with customers. It sounded like the sales manger was making excuses and justifying unacceptable behavior just because of time in the industry. I did not feel that my business has been valued or appreciated. It seemed like he just wanted to argue with me. How can a car dealer expect a good review when poor service is provided? Why should I be expected to accept poor service. There is definitely a lot of room for improvement at Right Honda regarding the level of customer service that is lacking. I was not made to feel like a valued customer. My expectations have not been met. Right Honda did not seem too concerned about earning my business or trust. At this time, I don't feel that I would want to refer anyone to the dealership. I think consumers should consider other options and other dealerships.
