  • Our appointment was made only 2 days before. Charles from home pride was there on time and extremely thorough and saved us at least 2000$. I have bought and sold many homes over the years and Charles is the best I have hired. He went on the roof in the 107 degree heat and found 1000$ worth of problems. He tested the sprinkler system and found a broken pipe. He noticed the sneaky sellers had repainted in places and using his thermal scanner found a leak from the floor above. He found that the 2nd air conditioner didn't work. He found a leak in the dishwasher and resulting mold which had been painted over. The sellers agent even remarked how thorough the inspection was! The written report was available the same night and was well written. Always hire your own inspector not the realtors.
