  • I like the variety of products , however, Total Wine has TOTAL unacceptable customer service. The associate helped us, however, we felt like 3rd class citizens. The employees at the cash register were not very friendly. They need a reminder, as any of us employed by any company, we stay employed BECAUSE of our customers. TOTAL disappointment .
