I've had mixed experiences with the Bellhops company. At first, things seemed great! Every time I have called, the representatives I have spoken with have been very kind and helpful and the actual movers I have worked with have had great attitudes and were quite helpful overall. Unfortunately, I had some items that were damaged during the moving process, and that's when things took a turn for the worse. I feel as though I was essentially given the run around in attempting to submit a damage claim, just to be told in the end that my 14-day window had expired. So, in short, I would just say that if you're at all worried about how your items will be handled, just hire professionals - or if you don't, and you do happen to find damages, be sure to call the number listed under the FAQ section of the website as early as possible.
