| - This is a bit of a long review, but my experience was so terrible and they were so disrespectful that I need to share it.
I've received services from Pop-A-Lock before and they used to be courteous and professional, but today I had the WORST SERVICE and SCARY EXPERIENCE ever. An agent was sent through my extended warranty to jump start my vehicle and he arrived before the estimated arrival time and told me that if I couldn't be there, he would have to cancel the appointment. I managed to get there on time, he jump started the car and after I turned it off, I try to start it again and it wouldn't work. I called the locksmith to ask him to come back and he said he would, under one condition, which I understood was to leave a positive review. Of course I was more than willing to, regardless of the negative aspects of his visit and, when he came back, he insisted that he said I had to give him a tip. I offered to call him when I went up to my apartment to leave tips with a card, although I really didn't have to since their service is supposed to be guaranteed, and he got very upset, said that wouldn't do him any good and starting yelling at me, calling me liar, among other things. I felt threaten, scared and very disrespected by this company. It was the worst experience I could imagine and I am still worried about this obviously unstable man. I didn't need him to come back, my warranty would've sent someone over within 30 minutes, but I honesty didn't think it was going to be a big issue since he had just left my place. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people.
