  • I have never reviewed on Yelp but this was important enough that I created an account. Only go here if you want your nails butchered. The place was nice enough, however the service and professionalism was not. They used the drill to remove my gel polish (which is soak off, meaning you're supposed to soak it off), and in the process cut me and left me with very little nail left. I've worked really hard to maintain healthy nails and all my work went down the drain in 5 minutes; they didn't even apologize for cutting me. Next, the lady told me I was being difficult because I was trying to find a color I liked in the multiple racks of color (I literally hadn't been looking for 3 minutes); talk about customer service. Overall, I would highly suggest that if you care for your nails at all, do not go here!!
