  • We did an online order for in-store pickup in Goodyear. We showed up less than 24 hours later to pick up our order. They didn't have our microwave on display, so they sent us to Buckeye to check out their display. They didn't have one on display and I was annoyed that they sent me on a wild goose chase, so I decided to purchase it in Buckeye. They were unable to cancel the online order and sent us back to Goodyear. We went back to Goodyear to pick up the original order only to find out that someone had canceled our online order and they had sold the last one the night before. They literally cancelled our order to sell it to someone else. We wasted four hours of our day for nothing but crappy service and attitude.
