  • I have been buying products from Bulk Apothecary for some time now. I ordered a lot of 50 fragrance oil containers and containers. Much to my surprise, in both orders there were missing containers. I called them and they said that there shipments are not counted, but WEIGHED IN. I had a fair and I was short in my containers. They did send me the missing containers, but not in due time for the fair. I also ordered some luffahs and they WERE SO HARD. I made some luffah soaps and some of my clients were so upset for their roughness. I tried to leave a review and Bulk Apothecary did not post it. That shows you that you cannot rely on their reviews. Their shipping is outrageous!
