  • The food at Pampas is great. The meats are delicious and the salad bar has everything. Don't forget the classic cheese rolls! What will make or break your experience is where you're seated. I suspect that to be the case at most churrascarias. Don't let them seat you in the bar. Request a nice table in the dining room, you will most likely get better service just due to the convenient location to the kitchen. Get there well after the dinner seating has begun to avoid the lunch overlap. Oh, the photos they take of you are not free if you actually want one printed before you leave.
